Patient information - Mcglade Vascular Surgery

To book a consultation with Dr McGlade you will need a referral from your General Practitioner. Please have your General Practitioner send this through or bring it with you on the day of your consultation.

You’re very welcome to bring a family member or friend for support during your consultation, we kindly ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to your consult to complete any necessary paperwork.

During your appointment Dr McGlade will discuss your medical history, review your current symptoms, listen to your concerns and may perform a physical examination if required.

A treatment plan will be formulated with you and further testing/ scanning may be ordered if necessary.

P1 – General Public

Enter the Hospital via the main entrance at the traffic lights on Fox Valley Road (Entry 1 – White Road). Continue past the Emergency and San Clinic car parks on the left, through to the P1 multi-deck car park and pick up / drop off area. Take a ticket at the boom gates.

P2 – San Clinic patients

Enter the Hospital via the main entrance at the traffic lights on Fox Valley Road (Entry 1 – White Road). Continue past Emergency and enter the P2 car park via the boom gate to the left. Take a ticket at the boom gate.

San Clinic Tulloch

The San Clinic Tulloch is located in the Tulloch Building and incorporates a range of consulting suites along with the Syncope – Blackouts and Faints Clinic.

Access is via the main entrance to the hospital on Fox Valley Road. Onsite paid undercover parking is available for San Clinic Tulloch in the main hospital multi-deck carpark (P1), taking Entry Building lifts to Level 2. The entrance is down the corridor to the left of the Tulloch Conference Room.

Please be aware that San Clinic Tulloch is NOT located within the San Clinic building. Please also check before travelling that your specialists’ suite is located in San Clinic Tulloch, as the same suite number may also exist in the Parkway San Clinic across the road from Sydney Adventist Hospital.

Parking and Transport

Paid parking is available on-site, with free parking available in the streets surrounding the hospital Limited paid parking is available on-site, with free parking available in the streets surrounding the hospital – please ensure you read and adhere to all signage. For access to the Gosford Private Endoscopy Centre, please use the Etna Street entrance and car park.

Patient drop off and pick up

There are patient drop off and pick up zones, strictly 5 minutes, at the front of the hospital and Day Surgery. For After Hours access to the Day Surgery Unit, please follow the instructions at the Day Surgery entrance.

Public Transport

Red Bus Route 40 operates to and from Gosford Private Hospital.

Conveniently Located next to Buderim Private Hospital in the Nucleus Medical Suites. Free parking on the two levels of undercover parking at the Nucleus Medical Suites. Free parking and regular shuttle buses are also available at the sporting grounds on Syd Lingard Drive. Once in the carpark take the blue lifts to Level 2.
